Cafe Burgblick in Gundelfingen

Sunday lunchtime, table booked in advance, all tables occupied outside, half occupied inside. One service for everything, one person at the counter / serving. Volume Communication between the waitress and kitchen staff throughout the restaurant. Completely understaffed, our dinnerware was still on the table after about 1 hour when we left after paying. The restaurant could be a gold mine if these shortcomings were remedied. The prices are ok, rather a small selection of dishes. Employees are friendly despite being overburdened.

Nice café to take a break. Price-performance ratio was right and it won't be the last time that I will stop here after a hike or bike ride. Keep it up

The location is nice but the staff is totally overloaded. Long waiting times for three things, salad plate and sausage salad for 4 people (45 min.) And only the tables in the courtyard were occupied. Well ... the tastes are different, but it was nothing for us. Unfortunately :( The hand soap in the men's toilet was empty, which is not possible in the times of COVID 19. I wish the company all the best for the future.

Food not edible, meat totally overcooked. Spaetzle dry without sauce. Not recommended, too expensive.

Didn't go well that day. It took forever until the order could be placed. Then it took a long time for the ordered drinks to arrive. When ordering again, the same problem again. The snack was okay, but the cutlery was forgotten and did not come after a few minutes. Then I have to get it myself. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed to me. There are only two stars because the staff was still friendly.

Unfortunately, the reservation of a mourning society seemed "lost". The guests set up their tables and chairs themselves - embarrassing. The well-coordinated cakes and coffee preparations were simply not kept - too bad. The boss's statement that she was currently in stress and it didn't matter "whether society would get coffee sooner or later" - outrageous! That should not be so and is not even worthy of an excursion café. Simply disappointing and above all disrespectful.

We were on site for brunch on Sundays. After a short clarification due to the reservation we were able to enjoy the really great brunch. The homemade weckle are a poem in particular. The staff were really extremely nice. We will definitely come back

Nice room in the Wildtal, food less good. I can't say anything about the coffee qualities / cakes, as they only had dinner.

Unfortunately, our visit was a bit unfortunate. Fewer seats as reserved, orders were confused, cold noodles with several plates and a yeast cake with plums have turned out after ordering a cheese cake with plums. Overall not a round image. Maybe it was stupid today unlucky, but why only two stars.

Very good cake selection, good home cooking with humane prices, commendable soups, Versper. Cozy!

Very nice garden, terrace to be comfortable together. To recommend asparagus in omelet. Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte could get more Kirschwasser, but quite fresh.
